• 1/2 tsp. of salt
• 1 cup croutons
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbs. lemon juice
• 2 cups chopped chicken
• 2 cup thinly sliced celery
• 1 cup crushed potato chips
• 2 tsp. instant minced onion
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips in a bowl;mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake at450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
