Lasagna

Brown ground beef. Drain off excess fat. Pour in other ingredientsand cook for 4 hours.

Mix 2 whole eggs, salt and pepper and parsley with 1 large containerof cottage cheese.

In large pan, place a layer of lasagna noodles, (cooked to packagedirections), a layer of cottage cheese mixture, a layer of meat sauce, and a layerof mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and start over again. Bakeat 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
