• 3 lb. lean ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
• 2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbs. A-1 steak sauce
• 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped onion

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack firmly in a loaf panor small roasting pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, drainexcess grease. Cover top with ketchup, (optional). Serves 6 to 8.

It's great with mashed potatoes!
