Stuffed Peppers

Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Precook green peppercups in boiling salted water about 5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle inside with salt. Brownmeat and onions. Drain excess grease. Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire, and salt& pepper. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Stuff peppers. Stand upright in sidedbaking dish, and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot. If desired,grated cheese may be sprinkled on top.
