Beef Stroganoff

Cut meat into thin strips (against grain). Sauté onion inmelted butter. Add meat and brown. Cook meat over low heat 15-30 minutes. Add sourcream, soup, water and bouillon. Mix thoroughly and simmer over low heat for 30 minutesor longer until tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
